Payment: Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or check with order. No credit cards accepted outside of USA. When payment is made by check, shipment is made after check clears the bank. Purchase order with established accounts.
Verifcation # must be provided with credit card orders. This number is the three digit number to the right side on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. It is the four digit number on the right side on the front (not part of the card number) of American Express cards.
Minimum charge on purchase orders is $20.00
Shipment:
UPS to street address (not a P.O. Box) or via truck or other common carrier.
Prepaid orders will be shipped collect for the shipping cost only. Call for estimate.
Minimum Shipping Charge: $7.50
Sales Policies:
Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days. All claims for damage or breakage should be made immediately by the customer with the carrier. We will assist in securing adjustments but the customer must file a claim first. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be rectified.
Returns are subject to a restocking charge. No items may be returned without approval from PREMIER.
Freight or UPS charges for returned goods are to be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise provided by PREMIER.
